As part of their creative development Pre-U and A level pupils are inspired to use a variety of sculptural techniques such as; clay, casting, video installation, carving, textiles and mixed-media.
Pre-U and A level pupils use photography in a creative way exploring images and ideas in using dark room processes (such as Van Dyke printing) and digital manipulation. Cross-overs into video and animation are also encouraged.
Pre-U and A level candidates exhibit their work a stages through the year culminating in a large end of year show in Studio.
As part of the Pre-U and A level syllabus pupils are encourage to go on a study tour to New York to inspire and develop ideas for their portfolios.
