Library
In 2004 Charterhouse Library was extended and completely refurbished in order to fully support all aspects of teaching and learning within the school and meet leisure and recreational needs. It is a very attractive working environment for private study and research.
It boasts a collection of around 25,000 books, including the Carthusian and rare book collections, plus over 55 newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
Carefully selected online resources feature prominently on the library intranet site and there is also a growing collection of DVDs and CDs.
The library has its own computer room with printing facilities, as well as radio-networking throughout the building for laptop use.
