Pupil Wins Corpus Christi Schools Science Prize

We are delighted to announce that Timothy Rose-Innes is the First Prize Winner of the Corpus Christi College, Oxford, inaugural Science Essay-writing Competition, held in June this year.

The competition is aimed at Sixth Form pupils across the UK with the topics drawn from Physics and Materials Science.   Timothy won the top prize of £500 with an essay entitled, 'Why are Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs) seen as the leading dark matter candidate and what efforts are being made to detect them?'
