JPF, AHW and thirteen Carthusians from the fourth-form up to the specialists flew to Greece on the first day of the Easter holidays for a tour around the most significant and splendid Classical and Bronze Age sites. After an action-packed week including racing at Olympia, art appreciation in Athens, and torchlight exploration of the water cistern dug deep under the citadel walls at Mycenae, we ended with a well-deserved morning on the beach.
