Greyhounds
Greyhound Awards are given only to those who have made an outstandingly positive contribution to the School and they mark a very distinctive honour. The Headmaster has awarded Greyhounds to the following:
- Anthony Beddows (G), for leading the Football XI so successfully that they won both the ISFA Cup and the ISFA Southern League.
- Angus Berger (B), for leading the Royal Marines to victory in the gruelling Pringle Trophy.
- Sofia Bombieri (W) and Poppy Franks (V), for their outstanding work for charities, and for the examples they set of compassion and generosity to others.
- Max Lawson (S), for his services to Water-Polo, which include playing for the U19 team for 4 years, captaining it for 2, and leading it to 1 national and 2 south of England titles.
- Jack Marriott (H), for his extraordinary leadership of Swimming and for breaking School records on over 70 occasions.
- Fergus Simpson (S) and Antonia Vickers (D), for their Oscar-winning performances in Macbeth.
- Janice Ko (g), for winning Gold medals in all three Science Olympiad competitions.
- And a 10th Greyhound went to Mr Malcolm Bailey, master-in-charge of Football, for all the huge effort he has put in over the years to winning the ISFA Cup.
