Marathon Help please for Charterhouse in Southwark
OC volunteer James Lubbock has spent five years helping recruit and encourage our London marathon Runners and now needs to move on. The Director would be pleased to hear from anyone, preferably London-based, interested in taking over from James from this autumn. The volunteer task involves recruiting up to eight runners each year, meeting and acquainting them with Charterhouse in Southwark’s work, offering encouragement (by email and phone) before the marathon, and congratulations (and a bottle of wine) after the event and ensuring that sponsorship money is gathered in.
