The OC Media & Literary Society held its Annual Summer Networking Drinks on Thursday, 15 June at Beaufort House, Chelsea.

More than 20 Old Carthusians from various year groups and Houses attended the event, which was organised by Chairman Adam Coulter (S87), and Jon Grafton (Honorary Secretary). Those in attendance included Ben Sutcliffe and Cara Armstrong, both of whom are on the OCMLScommittee; Charlie Mawer, Charlotte Cobb, Caroline Warburton, Chirag Asnani, Alan Petrides, Jim Peake, Matt Bowes, Caroline Gemmell, Phil Westcott, Richard Davey and Jez Proctor.

The Annual Summer Networking Drinks is a chance for OCs looking to make contacts in the media or arts; as well as for old friends to catch-up. The evening went on until about 11.30 pm.

The private members' club, which is owned by an OC, will also host the OCMLS Annual Dinnerin November.

• OCMLS is open to all OCs working in (or hoping to work in) the media (journalism, advertising, PR, production, film etc), arts and literature.
