The Future of Leadership
Meet Kamran Malik, the third guest speaker to join the panel at Charterhouse Inspires on 7 May.
Kamran’s son is currently in the Fourth Form, and his daughter will become a Carthusian in 2026. We are very pleased to welcome Kamran and his family to the Charterhouse community and look forward to his professional take on ‘The Future of Leadership’ at the event next month.
Kamran is the Global Leader of EY’s Skills and Education Practice, a practice he founded over a decade ago. In this role, he advises EY’s largest and most complex clients, including national and state governments as well as large corporations from a variety of sectors. Kamran sits on the disciplinary committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been an adjunct lecturer at the London School of Economics. He is passionate about helping those with neurodiversity achieve their potential. A keen baker and below average piano player in his spare time (much to the chagrin of his ever-patient wife).
