Community Outreach
Charterhouse facilities are regularly used by local community clubs under our facilities and lettings programme. Under the community agreement the facilities can be used for a heavily discounted community rate for the educational enhancement and opportunities for young people.

Volunteering
Through the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, as well as Pioneers and the electives programme, all students are given the opportunity to give back to our local community in various ways. For instance, visiting care homes, working with disabled adults, helping support the local food bank, working in charity stores as well as helping to maintain public footpaths to name but a few of the ways in which they are helping our local community.
