We celebrated the end of our fourth Middle Manager Training Programme with a certificate ceremony attended by our 2024 cohort of staff from Charterhouse and Edgeborough along with the presenters who delivered the training.
The award-winning programme's aim is to equip managers and supervisors, in non-teaching roles with the tools and insights to become more effective leaders. Additionally, it provides a platform for senior managers to showcase their talent and feel valued.
Phil Grainge, Director of Finance and Operations presented the 15 delegates with their certificates, marking the culmination of the last 10 months of training. Participants delved into a wide range of topics, ranging from People Management and Coaching Skills to Budgeting and Planning Techniques.
Congratulations to all the delegates who completed the programme, which involved a significant commitment to attend all 18 modules.
The reason I am so passionate about the programme is because I believe that the MMTP has something for everyone, whether you are an aspiring manager, approaching the topics for the first time or an experienced manager refreshing your knowledge. The programme not only enhances professional skills but also fosters a deeper understanding of the School and strengthens interdepartmental relationships.
