Topping Out
The Topping Out ceremony marks the milestone of reaching the highest point in the construction of our new Art and Design Centre. The occasion took place on a chilly December morning and ice was cleared from the rooftop.
Head, Dr Alex Peterken, Interim Chair of the Governing Body Mr John Olsen joined Mr Tom Hetherington from architects Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt Ltd to celebrate this achievement.
The first phase of the development is due to be completed in Spring 2024.
The new Art and Design Centre will be a focal point for innovation; our pupils will flourish in bright and inspiring spaces, where they will enjoy the freedom and independence of to pursue their creative talents.
