Pupils visit Berlin for their half-term German trip
During half-term, the German department took a group of Year 10 and and 11 pupils to Berlin to learn about language, history and culture.
The programme was packed with language lessons and sightseeing. The weather was fantastic and the local cuisine was very much enjoyed by pupils and staff alike. Highlights of the trip were the Berlin Bunker museum, the evening visit to the TV Tower and DDR Museum.
One of our Year 10 pupils, Mikhail Ermak commented on the trip: "Berlin is a fascinating place to visit, because of it’s many museums and sights. It certainly was a pleasure to travel with my friends and amazing teachers".
