The OC Yacht Club (OCYC) Arrow team came second overall in this year's Arrow Trophy Yacht Race, a competition between 20 independent schools, in early October. The event takes place on the challenging waters of the Solent, in two fleets of chartered one-class yachts. This is Charterhouse’s best result in ten years; in the four races Charterhouse came second, second, second, first.
GBR4107X, Hyde Sails was crewed by Tim Tolcher (P84), Peter Mills (D99), Ed Britton (P82), Alex Peattie (G12), Camilla Stockdale (D16), Jim Miller (P85), David Hunt (S65), John Skipper (B82), Julian Marsh (V89) and Andrew Moncrief (D80), encouraged on the water by David Aisher (S68), Jeffrey Matthews (g62) and Tim Miller (P83) on board the beautiful pre WW2 motor yacht Cerveza.
