Meet Ben Wilberforce-Ritchie (R12), the second guest speaker to be announced for our upcoming live debate, Charterhouse Inspires. As an active member of the Charterhouse Community he is excited to join the panel in May to discuss ‘The Future of Leadership’.

Questions such as these are crucial for Ben, a philosopher, author, and Ethics Manager specialising in inspiring others to think more deeply about who they are, not just what they do. Having practiced his approach to business ethics in the FTSE100 Aerospace & Defence firm BAE Systems, addressing numerous rather woolly workplace challenges, Ben has also founded the philosophical consultancy Phicilitate Ltd., which acts as a thinking-partner to businesses. Character, more than competency, is what Ben believes is needed to nurture the leaders of the future.'
