Visit to the Stanley Picker Trust
Charterhouse Art Network (previously OCAS) invites Old Carthusians and parents to an early summer event: a visit to the Stanley Picker Trust on Wednesday 29 May 2024.
The visit is remarkable both for the house itself and the amazing art collection it was built around.
The house and gardens located on Kingston Hill are a pristine example of high-end 1960's architecture. The collection contains over two hundred paintings and sculptures including works by Rodin, Hepworth, Milton Avery and Patrick Procktor.
The visit will take place starting at 11am on 29 May and will be followed by an optional pub lunch nearby. The tour costs £16 per head.
