Charterhouse's Dan Fox coaching GB Men’s Senior Hockey Squad for World Cup 

Double Olympian and Charterhouse Director of Hockey, Dan Fox, is currently involved in coaching the Great Britain Men’s Senior Hockey Squad as part of their preparation for the Hockey World Cup in India this December.

Dan, who retired from a nine year professional career with England and Great Britain Hockey in September 2016, joined Charterhouse shortly afterwards. Since arriving at School Dan has led a successful hockey programme that involved 22 teams and over 400 players during the 2017-2018 season. Assisting The Senior Men’s Squad sits alongside Dan’s role as an assistant coach to the Great Britain Development Programme and that of Head Coach of the Guildford Performance Centre, hosted by Charterhouse on behalf of England Hockey.

Speaking about working with the Great Britain Squad, Dan said: “This is a great opportunity to contribute to the outstanding Great Britain Hockey Programme and I look forward to sharing the ideas and principles that are being developed at the highest level with the players and coaches at Charterhouse.”
