Charterhouse team comes third in Surrey Sports Park Invitational Schools Squash Event 2018

In November, Charterhouse was invited to the Surrey Sports Park Invitational Schools Squash Event to compete against 6 other squash teams.

Our side dominated the group stages beating King’s Canterbury, Radley and Marlborough making it through to the Semi-finals with relative ease.

The Semi-final was an epic display of sports prowess with Surrey Sports Park Juniors narrowly pipping Charterhouse in the final match. Surrey Sports Park Juniors scored one final point as the buzzer went to take the win for the team. Charterhouse were absolutely gallant and gracious losers after such a close finish. 

Winchester College won the overall tournament with Charterhouse coming in joint third with King’s Canterbury.
