Charterhouse selected by The Cricketer magazine as one of the best schools for Cricket
The Cricketer has published a Good Schools Guide in which the magazine names Charterhouse as one of its top 100 secondary schools for the sport.
After an exhaustive selection process and fierce competition, Charterhouse was hand-picked from more than 350 academic institutions. Each school was judged on the quality of facilities, commitment to cricket in the curriculum and breadth of fixture programmes.
This follows on from last summer’s exceptional performances by the 1st XI having broken the record for most wins in a season. Prince Singh became the highest wicket taker in a season from the last two centuries whilst the squad reached the HMC National T20 Schools Finals for the first time.
