Parents of our Specialist and Remove pupils are invited to
join us for Speeches and Prize Giving in QSC. Parents do
not need to register in advance.

Parents of our Fourth Form pupils are invited to join us for
Speeches and Prize Giving in Hall. Parents do not need to
register in advance.

All the latest OC merchandise is available to purchase.

Purchases will need to be collected by 4.00pm. Card
payments available.
A wide selection of plants will be available from the School
gardeners.

The Art Exhibition is a display of work from across the year
groups; come and admire the diversity of techniques,
themes, and media.
DESIGN ENGINEERING EXHIBITION Studio
A varied exhibition of coursework from pupils throughout
the School.
Noon – 4.00pm ARCHIVE EXHIBITION – THOMAS SUTTON: THE MAN
BEYOND THE MYTH Library
Thomas Sutton came from relatively humble origins but
became one of the wealthiest men in England, thanks
to his administrative and business abilities. However,
Sutton’s executors embellished his life story to something
that they considered more appropriate for the founder of
the great Charterhouse school and almshouse. Some of
these myths have persisted right up to the present day,
so this exhibition showcases original sources to discover
the real Thomas Sutton.

CLASSIC CAR SHOWCASE Central School
Automobile showcase of classic and sports vehicles, which
will highlight and inspire the wonderful world of Design and
Engineering. If you would like to include your car in the show,
please complete the form below and a member of the OC
Motor Club will be in touch with you to confirm details.

from this academic year.
1.30pm – 3.00pm SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUSINESS The Hub
Remove pupils have developed their own business ventures
in support of charitable causes, showcasing creativity,
initiative, and teamwork. Explore their business plans and
advertising campaigns, and purchase their unique products
including eco-friendly recycled goods such as combs, rings,
and carabiners made here at the School, alongside our very
own Charterhouse Honey — 200 jars freshly produced by
the School’s own bees!
2.00pm – 3.00pm SONG AND DANCE SHOWCASE Ben Travers Theatre
A presentation of pupils’ creativity and expression in
Performing Arts.
2.00pm CRICKET Maniacs
Boys’ 2nd XI v OCs.
2.55pm THE CHARTERHOUSE CARILLON Founder's Court
The Carillon of 37 bells will ring out to announce the start of
Afternoon Tea.
3.00pm – 4.00pm AFTERNOON TEA Marquee on J Ground
Afternoon Tea will be served to conclude the day’s festivities.

| What is the policy on alcohol? |

Parents are welcome to enjoy a drink and may serve their Specialist children alcohol. If Specialist pupils are given a drink by their parents, they must remain in the company of their parents. We ask that no one walks around the grounds whilst drinking alcohol.

| Are barbecues allowed? |
|
No, barbecues are not permitted. |
| Are you allowed to bring dogs onto the site? |
|
We would be grateful if dogs were not brought onto the grounds. Any dogs that are must be kept on a lead. Fouling on or near sports pitches is not permitted, and any mess must be removed and disposed of in the bins provided. |
| Is first aid available? |
| First aid assistance is available at the Hunt Health Centre, located at the corner of Queen’s Drive and Duke’s Drive, near the Central Dining Room and Fletcherites. Please ring the Hunt Health Centre (01483 291691) or Security (01483 291777) if you need assistance. |
| Is the Golf Course open? |
|
The Golf Course is open all day for OCs and parents to play. |
| Is the Millennium Chapel open to visitors? |
| Located in the north-east porch of Chapel, the Millennium Chapel is open to visitors from noon to 4.00pm for meditation and quiet reflection. Please observe silence. |

| Are picnics allowed? |
| All visitors are welcome to picnic in the grounds, with pupils free to join family and friends. |

| On the day, members of staff will be taking videos and photographs for School purposes, such as marketing and social media. They will not be used for other purposes without your consent. All personal data is collected and processed in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and other data protection laws.
