As part of the Year 9's digital learning programme, pupils have developed app ideas which culminated in a live final during Artifex week. Industry specialists visited the School to hear pupil ideas in a Dragons Den style afternoon. Pupils delivered an amazing variety of ideas.

We enjoyed a fantastic day of sailing in Cowes on Sunday. Staff and pupils would like to thank the Old Carthusian Yacht Club and the Royal Yacht Squadron for hosting a fantastic day of J70 yacht racing.
Object 79 in our Charterhouse in 100 Objects series is The Gownboy Arch.
The Gownboy Arch has been included in the Charterhouse in a 100 Objects series because it is of such significance in the history of the School and our move from London to Godalming.
Object 78 in our Charterhouse in 100 Objects series is this very special brick-layer's trowel. On 17 June 1922, the Memorial Chapel foundation stone was laid by the Archbishop of Canterbury, using this ceremonial silver trowel.

On 16 June, the Economics department held the inaugural Charterhouse 2.0 monetary policy competition. Teams of Year 12 pupils were set the task of producing a 10 minute presentation on how they would control inflation if they were the Bank of England. The competition was hugely popular, with 10 teams entering – accounting for more than half of all economists in the year group!
