In Robinites, we aim to create a welcoming ‘home from home’ atmosphere. Central to this is the support we offer one another and how we celebrate the many successes you will have during your time here.
We celebrate each other’s strengths and support one another in addressing our weaknesses, adopting the mantra: “Better Robinites make Robinites better.”
Whether on the sports field, the stage, or in the classroom, many opportunities will be offered to you during your time at Charterhouse. Our Robinite community embraces all of these and accepts the challenges they bring.
It is important that Robinites leave Charterhouse as interesting individuals who are able to live life well. By navigating exciting experiences such as Pioneers, Combined Cadet Force, and commitments to Sports and Music, Robinites will be well prepared to succeed.

Robinites is a great House with a brilliant Head of House. In Robinites, we act as if we are a family. Once a Robinite, always a Robinite! After five years in Robinites, I can tell you one thing for sure: we never fail to try. We always get teams out to every event or competition, but we don’t care if we win. We just enjoy playing together as a team, which I believe really helps create our family spirit. If you have never been in a boarding house, it is hard to imagine, but having just left, I feel I have lost 50 brothers, and I’m not sure any other House in Charterhouse has this kind of spirit.
