Hockey
Hockey continued to impress, ending the season in fantastic fashion.
The last two weeks saw all teams in action, including the House Hockey Finals, which highlighted the quality and depth within the programme – something wonderful to see.
House Hockey Results:
The Fourths' Final was won by Chetwynd in excellent fashion
The Removes' Cup was dominated by Northbrook
The Lou Batty Cup (combined Fourths and Removes trophy) was won by Duckites, who were simply outstanding on the day.
Senior House hockey was won by Weekites, who have now gone back-to-back.
It was great to see all our school values on full display throughout the tournament. Click the link below to read the full report of House Hockey.
The final week of fixtures also saw Charterhouse take on local hockey powerhouse Cranleigh, where hard work and dedication really paid off.
The U14A secured an outstanding 2-0 home win, while the 1st XI beat Cranleigh 3-0 for the first time at this level – a fitting tribute to the countless hours pupils have committed. This also marked a memorable way for our second years – Violet, Amber, Alix, Selina, Beatrix, and Holly – to end their hockey careers at Charterhouse. They have been outstanding ambassadors for the School, and we wish them every success in their future hockey endeavours.
Other successes on the day included a great 1-0 win for the 15C, alongside many competitive games across the age groups.
A special mention must go to the 2nd XI and 3rd XI, who both had fantastic seasons.
Football
House Football
House spirit and competitive rivalry defined this year’s Boys’ House Football competitions. Lockites lifted the Senior House title in dramatic fashion, while Saunderites powered their way to the U15 Cup. Robinites completed the honours as deserved U14 champions.

Boys' 1st XI
A superb win over Whitgift in the Round of 16 has seen the Boys’ 1st XI advance to the last eight of the ISFA Cup. Best of luck to the team as the competition continues.
Racquets
It has been a busy and exciting couple of weeks for racquets, with a boys’ home match against Eton and a girls’ away fixture at Wellington providing plenty of highlights.
Boys'
In the boys’ match, it was fantastic to see the U15A pair of Finn and Albie secure their first win of the Quarter (term), claiming a thrilling 3–1 victory. There was further success for the 1st pair, with Alex and Max producing a dominant 3–0 win against a strong Eton pairing.
Girls'
Last week saw the girls travel to Wellington, where Megan and Bella produced a brilliant 3–1 win against a pair seeded second for the upcoming National Schools tournament. The Fourths pairing of Charlie and Izzy battled hard in a 3–1 defeat against older opponents, while Bronwyn and Estella pushed their match all the way in a narrow 3–2 loss, again against Lower Sixth opposition.
Looking ahead, 13 boys and 10 girls will represent the School at the National Schools competition at Queen’s Club, competing in boys’ singles and girls’ doubles. Best of luck to all involved!
