We were delighted to host two special events bringing together members of our parent community – a chance to create friendships, share experiences, and celebrate the start of the new school year at Charterhouse.
International Parents' Reception
On Thursday 25 September, our International Parents' Reception took place at The Footman, a historic Mayfair pub offering the warm atmosphere of its private upstairs room. Parents from across the globe who have children at the School gathered to meet one another, exchange stories of life at Charterhouse, and build connections across the international Carthusian community. It was a wonderful evening of laughter and conversation, and we were pleased to see so many families forming bonds that will last well beyond their time at the School.
New Fourths and Removes Parent Reception
On Friday 26 September, we welcomed parents of our new Fourths and Removes for a reception held in Hall at Charterhouse. This occasion provided an opportunity for families new to the School to meet one another, as well as members of staff, in a setting at the very heart of our community. Parents appreciated the chance to share their first impressions, ask questions, and discover more about the life that awaits their children here.
Both receptions reflected our commitment to building a strong and supportive parent community. We are grateful to all who joined us and helped make these gatherings so memorable. We look forward to seeing many of you again at future events during the year ahead. |
