Class Descriptions
Studio Cycling
High-intensity exercise on a stationary bike enhances both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in a 45-minute, calorie-crunching session.
Dance Fit – Dance Blast – Body Blast
Incorporating many forms of dance set to music. It's an aerobic workout divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.
Total Body Conditioning – HIIT – 4in1
Targeting all muscle groups by using both bodyweight and equipment. Put your body to the test and challenge yourself with varied training methods each week, guaranteed to make you sweat.
Yoga – Pilates – Yin Yoga
Both mind and body conditioning on a yoga mat. By helping to rebalance your body, you will achieve the perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
Mixed Pilates
Pilates will help you to find, understand, and maintain better posture. Within this class, you will learn how to breathe more efficiently and improve your core stability. Every movement is performed mindfully, with precision and control, making it a very safe and effective way to exercise. This mindful approach can also support your mental wellbeing and help you better cope with unwanted stress and tension.
Studio Cycling
Studio Cycling is a high-intensity session that combines cardio and endurance in a 45-minute, calorie-crunching session. It is also great for giving you all the cardiovascular benefits to help make you stronger.
Total Body Conditioning
Total body conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out your whole body. With a range of exercise techniques, including aerobics, floor work, weights, and resistance training, you’re guaranteed a varied class that will target areas other workouts often miss.
Water Workout
A low-impact but high-intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance, using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back.
Yin Yoga & Yoga
A Yin Yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that primarily target the lower part of the body: the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissue. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Yoga combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve control over the body and mind, leading to harmony, balance, and self-awareness.
Balance
Balance is a rejuvenating, full-body fitness class that fuses the best of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to boost flexibility, build a stronger core, and restore inner calm. Guided by an inspiring soundtrack, you'll flow through graceful stretches and empowering movements that connect breath and body, leaving you refreshed, focused, and centred. Jagua
A Jagua exercise class is a body-sculpting and conditioning workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and dance, set to music from hip-hop, pop, and old-school genres. It is designed to improve flexibility, muscle strength, and tone, with a focus on creating a strong and lean physique. The class is generally low-to-medium intensity and suitable for all fitness levels.
Konga
Konga is a high-intensity dance fitness class that fuses boxing, cardio, and sculpting into an easy-to-follow workout set to popular music. It is a signature programme of The Jungle Body® and is designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels.
