Professional Networking
A Charterhouse education will prepare for both academic success as well as laying the foundations for future professional fulfilment. Professional Networking Events are an opportunity to mingle, network and gain career advice
Industry Networking Evenings
It is a pleasure to host and mingle with our OCs and parents, welcoming many new as well as familiar faces. The vibrancy and growth of our Professional Networking programme over the past three years highlights an eagerness in our community to meet likeminded and ambitious individuals, in order to grow ones network, search for professional opportunities and identify up-and-coming talent.

Charterhouse Inspires
Charterhouse Inspires is our headline networking event, a live panel debate hosted by Dr Alex Peterken, Head. This annual event located at a London venue, is the highlight of our networking calendar and brings together the Parents, OCs and current Carthusians.
Charterhouse Inspires was launched in 2019 and allows our Charterhouse Community to engage over current matters through debate and networking. Previous topics have included Mental Health, Artificial Intelligence and Creating the Next Generation.
"Bringing our community together to debate and network is a central strand to the continuing value of a Charterhouse education."
Thank you to Charterhouse for organising the Inspires debate last night, which I thought was excellent and particularly helpful for current students and recent OCs who are starting to enter the corporate world. It was interesting to hear from a variety of panellists on a particularly relevant topic at the moment.

The Next Charterhouse Inspires- 7 May 2024
In an era of constant change and evolving challenges we have chosen to focus the next Charterhouse Inspires on The Future of Leadership.
The demand for leaders who can navigate the future has never been more crucial. The future of leadership will demand a holistic, forward-thinking approach that integrates innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, in a world where automation and artificial intelligence is centre stage. Successful leader will need to balance technological strides with a human-centric focus, placing value on emotional intelligence, creativity, and critical thinking.
