Fletcherites
With its wonderful character and stunning views across the playing fields to the Surrey Hills from one side of the House, coupled with modern and airy boarding facilities in the other wing, Fletcherites offers the best of both old and new.
Conveniently positioned between the School’s Central Dining Room and the sports facilities, and just a short walk from the Ben Travers Theatre and the academic side of the site, it is ideally located to help you make the most of all that Charterhouse has to offer.

Charlotte and Adam both work as beaks (teachers) at Charterhouse — Charlotte as an English beak and Adam as Head of the Fifth Form and Physics beak.
Before joining Charterhouse, they both taught at King’s School Worcester and St James Senior Boys’ School.

It is a great pleasure to introduce ourselves as joint Heads of Fletcherites, a House for which we have much affection.
We run Fletcherites as an extension of our own family – a place where all our pupils feel safe to be themselves and are surrounded by others who will advocate for, support, and champion them at every step. All Fletcherites girls are cared for, nurtured, and valued; their wellbeing and happiness lie at the heart of our roles as Heads of House.
We are a diverse, warm, and embracing House that proactively celebrates the successes of each member of our boarding family, where looking out for one another is second nature. We truly are an all-round House, with a focus on academics, sport, co-curricular opportunities, music, and drama. Our girls are encouraged to try everything Charterhouse has to offer and to embrace every opportunity that comes their way.
Wonderful memories are built within the House community, and it is a privilege to be part of every girl’s individual journey through the School.
